I read this on a web site I was reviewing- Tell me what you think of that line and can you list others that may reflect the same concept? Do you find this valuable?

Great quote! I like this message as it can empower the students that aren't the mainstream. As we all know that there are many different ways to show that you are intelegent and we all have different interest. Also, success is a word that comes up while reading this quote. What is success and how many different ways can it be measured? I like talking to my students about this from time to time. Thanks for your ears. Do you find this valuable?

This makes me think of using people first language. People first language is very important to me, and I notice people not using this language often (especially in written materials like articles, textbooks and newspapers). A person should be identified as them-self and not a label (that is hard to put into writing ... for example, we work with students with special needs or disabilities and so on ... NOT special education students, disabled students or special needs students). They are students, individuals, girls and boys before they are autistic, have ADHD or a learning disability .
